The anti-transhumanism superhero would have to be the Green Lantern. Lantern rings can be removed, leaving the wearer exactly as he was before. And anyone in GL comics who takes even a moderately Transhumanist approach is at best an antihero or sympathetic villain (Atrocitus, for instance, is one or the other depending who you ask). That even goes for the Guardians of Oa, the Transhuman demigods that created the rings in the first place, who are pretty much straight-up villains as of the current story arcs.
