RE: that quote at the end, did you know what St. Augustine said when someone asked "What was God doing before he created the universe?"
No, not "Creating hell for people who ask that question." What he actually said was, "Time is a part of the universe. Therefore, 'before the universe' is a contradiction in terms." It wasn't till Einstein that SCIENCE realized time is not an absolute. And he only came up with the idea because of his religious beliefs (he was a Spinozan pantheist, they believe time is an illusion created by the limitations of the observer—the position is also known as "static monism"). |
