No, you couldn't have.
That fact that you think your situation was a "crisis pregnancy" only serves to highlight your lack of perspective on this subject. Ok, you had some anxiety but that hardly rises to a level of crisis. You could always choose to gain a better perspective but perhaps better to enjoy your life as is. It is your choice.
