Personal-life wise, Captain America (since he's not a womanizing alcoholic); how he gets his powers, Iron Man.
Captain America.
Taking the super-soldier serum was an incredibly bad idea, but Iron Man's decision to pursue the Ultron project was an expression of his ongoing intention to assert "world peace" through world-wide power and supervision, usually with a far-reaching and reckless tech experiment. I'm not saying technology isn't awesomely useful, I'm just saying that he lacks caution and is notoriously bad at making sure the kill-switch is stronger than the bot.
I'm going to go with Iron Man because he shows the value of hard work to get where he is. Captain America is a drone who got his powers from the government.
I would say Captain America, because he acts morally. True he got his powers through immoral means, but one sin in a life of valor is a better role model than one act of valor in a life of sin.
