A hypothetical for you, if you don't mind.
If eggs can be created in vitro via transdifferentiation (or derived via ESCs), would that allay your concern about women being exploited? (Excluding the other issues that make SCNT a non-starter.)
If eggs could be created without retrieving them from women or aborted babies or an embryo, (like say from an existing ESC line) then I would not be opposed to the use of eggs for research.
